How fast can you respond to an emergency call?
We answer calls around the clock. During business hours, a crew is typically on site within two to four hours. For after-hours emergencies we dispatch as quickly as road and weather conditions allow—usually the same evening.
Is an emergency tarp the same as the repair?
No. A tarp stops additional water from entering while the roof is assessed and materials are ordered. The permanent repair follows once the damage scope is clear and the weather cooperates—typically within a week of the emergency call.
Will this affect my insurance claim?
An emergency tarp protects the structure and demonstrates that you took reasonable steps to mitigate further damage, which is usually required by your policy. We document everything with photographs and provide a written damage summary you can hand directly to your adjuster.
What if the damage happened at 2 AM?
Call us. If we cannot dispatch immediately we will advise you on how to protect the interior until we arrive, and we will be out as soon as it is safe to work. Water intrusion that continues overnight causes far more damage than the initial event.
Do you charge for the emergency call-out?
The call-out and damage assessment are free. You pay for materials and labor once a scope is agreed—there is no emergency surcharge for after-hours response.
