What we collect

When you submit the inspection request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you selected, and any message you choose to write. We also record the time of submission, the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address.

We store a hash of the IP address rather than the address itself. It lets us detect abuse of the form without retaining the underlying identifier.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your request: to contact you about the inspection or quote you asked for, and to keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party marketers.

By checking the consent box on the form you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

Third-party services

We use a small number of providers to run this site:

• Vercel hosts the site and collects aggregated, anonymous performance and traffic measurements. No cookies are set for this purpose.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated submissions. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA and does not track you across websites.
• Resend delivers the notification email containing your request, and the confirmation email to you.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If marketing tools are added later, this section and a consent mechanism must be updated before they go live.
