Every Shelby County city gets the same crew, same materials, and same photo documentation.

DeSoto County, MS

Across the state line.

Our Mississippi license covers both cities in our DeSoto County footprint. One crew, one call — no handoffs.

Our Commitment

One region, one team, one standard.

We don’t operate satellite crews or franchise territories. The same people who answered your call show up on your roof.

No travel charge

Every city in our service area is billed the same — we build the drive into our overhead, not your invoice.

Local crews, local response

Our crew is based in Memphis. Emergency calls anywhere in the metro get a same-evening response.

Licensed in TN & MS

One contractor for both sides of the state line — licensed, insured, and familiar with each county's permit requirements.

Storm season ready

The mid-South gets a full storm season every spring. We keep crew availability and materials staged for rapid deployment.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers to what people ask before they call.

Still have a question?

Call us, or leave your details and we will call you.

How much does a roof inspection cost?
Nothing. Our roof inspection and quote are free, with no obligation. We would rather you decide with the facts in front of you, so we get on the roof, photograph what we find and explain it in plain language.
Can you help with an insurance claim after a storm?
We can document the damage clearly, with photos, measurements and a written summary of what we found, so your adjuster has real evidence to work from. Negotiating the claim itself is between you and your insurer (or a licensed public adjuster), and we would be wary of any roofer who offers to handle that for you.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers come off, and the weather. A straightforward home can be a matter of days; a large, steep roof with dormers and chimneys takes longer. Whoever you hire, get a start date and a plan for bad weather in writing before you sign.
What warranties come with a new roof?
Usually two: the shingle manufacturer's material warranty, and a workmanship warranty from the contractor. Get both in writing before you sign, and check how long each lasts, what it covers, and whether it transfers if you sell the house. Ask us about the shingle line you are considering and we will walk you through it.
What should I do about an active leak?
Call our emergency dispatch line on (901) 305-9136 rather than using the form. Move belongings away from the drip, put a bucket under it, and photograph any damage for your records. A temporary tarp limits the damage until the permanent repair can be scheduled.
Which areas do you serve?
We work in Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Cordova, Lakeland, Arlington, Millington, Olive Branch, and Hernando, and we recently re-roofed a large brick home in Germantown, Tennessee, documented from the first photograph to the last. If you are nearby, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
